Someone will refund me soon. But because my transaction involves a currency conversion, will PayPal return the currency conversion fees as well, i.e. will PayPal return me the full amount?

I don't know. But I don't think they will not, as they did their "job" for converting currency..

yes, paypal refund you if the user click on 'issue refund' button and issue you full refund.
If the user manually refund you from 'send money' option then, no currency conversion fee refund.

    Thanks

They don't have any control over currency conversion fees since they pay it to third party (currency xchangers). Too bad that you lost so much of just conversion fees.
