Hello dear friends, I'm egyption citizen and you know egypt not added at paypal support counteries. but i'm living in united Arab Emirates, working there for about 2 years in UN Camp as driver and i've a Visa-governmental organization, and a Valid UAE Driving License . Now i've 2 questions :- 1- if i open a paypal account and they limited me, can i verify it with just photo id driver license governmenrtal visa or what do you think ? 2- if the answer of question 1 was yes, then can i use the account if i came back to egypt or they will monitor my IP ? thanks
Well better call up PayPal and ask them these questions, because I don't think PayPal will allow you to use account from Egypt and at times of limitation they will ask you for your utility bills which should be on your name. Thanks
