Will paypal keep faxed documents seriously?

    Will paypal keep faxed documents seriously?

    i have faxed them my ID, they suspended the account due to wrong info in address,

    i have created another with same name, diff address, limited now, i have submit bill, it's ok

    now about the ID, i may send them my passport, wonder if they recognize it's me again?

    It depends , How's your Second account got limited. May be you are using different IP addresses

    the first time i use paypal, i got suspend, i sent them my ID at taht time, 1,5 year ago.

    now i am limited again, same name, different address, so i think i can do a trick or something, i will fax them my passport, not the ID one, the question is, will paypal keep and view documents serious enough to recognize that it's me again. did anyone try or experienced with this?

    you can scan your credit card statement along with your passport and email them and they will review and remove all the limits... first try the email and if dont work, then go for fax...

    i know, but they kept my ID before, and they suspended me from using the service, i created another account, which violate their tos, i wanna know if they keep, and compare old documents and new documents seriously
