Will Payoneer.com Virtual Bank Account Work for me

    My Paypal account is varified but has limited restriction from paypal for last few weeks Which I dont no yet why as paypal didnot replied to my any email

    There for I cannot send money electonicaly money but What I see is I can witdraw money to a US or Indian Bank Account I am not an Indian So obviouly dont have a bank account in India but I talked to payoneer.com admin & they agreed to provide me payoneer virtual Bank Account.

    My Question is Can I Withdraw my money to that bank account even if my accout is limited

    If u have Virtual US Bank account U must have the pioneer Master card to withdraw that Money. But i dont think from Limited paypal to Virtual US Bank account u can withdraw.

    I don't really think you are allowed to withdraw money from a limited PayPal account. The only way to withdraw money is either to remove the limit or wait 6 months to get a cheque from PayPal.

    Yeah, It doesn't but after adding the bank account when you will try to withdraw it will ask you to remove limitations. I hope you got the point

    So what you suggest I should do
    My info at paypal is fake any way to get my money back?
    Can I return money to that person who sended me money while I have limited account

    Yes, you can refund, but it depends upon what is the limitation level.
    Go to the transiction detail and click it.
    You will get the transiction detail of the amount you want to refund.
    If you can see the button 'issue refund' then you can refund.

    No, You can not refund when your account is limited.

    One thing you can do is to ask that person to file a dispute. I'm not even sure if this would work but atleast it's worth a try.

    If you have used a correct address, then you can wait 6 months. PayPal sends cheques after 6 months.

    If you have paypal Business Account, you can issue refund, even your account is limited.
    That seems you have personal/premier account.
