    2. Register and submit your proxy through the
      "Sign up" link above.
    3. PM me your username and PayPal address

    proxy! Meaning if you submit 10 proxies in
    your proxy network, you'll get $5 instantly.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: You have to put the proxy
    topsite's image to your proxies to get a
    qualified proxy.
