    I would like to pay X amount per click for US visitors from your site . . . If you have a site where you think they will be interested in auto insurance then you have yourself a deal.

    ONLY US TARGETED WEBSITES . . . dont care about PR so BE ABLE TO PROVIDE STATISTICS of how the visitor got to your page. For example screenshots from statcounter.com will do just fine ;)
