Form expert wanted! They are fairly simple forms but they'll need to be in the colours of my site, would need to have some sort of bot foil (like some easy to read captcha). Captcha should be self-contained on my site, the form shouldn't have to connect to a third party side for captcha images. The form submit will send the form to me by email (but my email address shouldn't be discernible in the code) You will create a CSS file specifically for the forms. The forms won't be embedded in pages. Whenever there's a link to a form the form will open in a pop-up window of a size I specify (and those without js will have the form open in _blank) If there is an error the form will be automatically repopulated without the user having to type everything again. The forms will be international friendly (for example, they won't insist on a ZIP code or a 111-111-1111 format phone number). The forms will "set focus". When the form loads, the cursor will move automatically to the first field. Keyboard shortcuts such as tabs to move from one field to the next should work. There will be some validation required and this will be done client-side (js) with error codes that I specify. There is no database they need to connect to and while I want forms that won't get junk (unless humans fill it in, of course), I want to keep it simple. Thanks for the tip, prasanthmj. I'm aware there are a lot of form creation services (one of the biggest such service is for sale at flippa right now). But I don't have time to play around, hit errors, tweak design and colours etc. Also, I specified I want an expert at forms because they'll be things I may want changed, personalised or otherwise modified beyond what these various tools allow.
