Will pay someone who knows how to promote file hosting site

    If you know how to promote a file hosting site (not image hosting), please let me know what you have to offer. I don't know the exact technique, but I think it involves uploading some files and posting in the right forums. At any rate, I don't have time to mess with it. The site already gets some use, but I'm looking for more users.

    I'll pay the right person for this. If you are familiar with this type of thing, PM me and let me know what you got. :)
