Will pay someone to transfer SMF forum from current server to new server ASAP!

    I need help ASAP and will pay for someone's help. I need to get my SMF forum transferred from one server to another ASAP.

    I hired a web guy that could not get my SMF forum to transfer from one server to another due to a few problems.

    The first was I was running the old 1.0.8 software, and he could not get the software to work properly when he transfered to the new server, so he tried upgrading to 1.0.9 and 1.1, but then he kept getting an error message telling him to contact admin, but he couldn't even log in to see what the error log was pulling up.
