I am willing to pay someone to find backlinks that don't do my site any good.

Send an email here with your pricing and what you are offering in full detail.

    Thx.

Why would you pay somebody to remove your links? Far better to pay somebody to build you some new links that are high quality.

Would you really trust somebody enough to know which links are good and which are bad? Some links might look bad but be actually helping you.

links to your site are always good. they can get you a few users here and there.. even if the link is not a static link (and can't help in getting you PR).

Either go for above or just pay to your content provider to add more pages.

I already have a list of 350 bad backlinks. I can't be bothered contacting the site owners myself.

About 50 or so are. Others are not site relevant, not indexed or just PR0.

So what? D'you think that once I add multiple links to my competitor's website, Google or any other SE will remove this site from its index or lower its SERPs?

If so, I'm looking for someone to change "bad" links pointing to your site to links pointing to the site of my competitor :) :) :)

the only thing a person can do is give you a report of the badlink.

If you need to get link remove, you have to email the webmaster one by one, and i belive 90% of them won't even read the email, so it is next to useless.

i have the same problem. Tons of MFA site link to me. However, there is nothing i can do...

Are these sites just linking to you, or are you linking back? If it's just a one way link don't bother, they won't do any harm.

So called "bad" links wont harm you unless
    1. They are the only sort of links you have
    2. You link back to the bad neighborhoods.

The best way forward if you are worried about bad links is..get some good ones. The bad ones wont hurt. :)

If backlinks were bad don't you think yahoo and google would suffer in the SERPs from all those links from those spam sites and p0rn exit pages?

One way back links shouldn't hurt you.. don't worry about them. As long as you don't link to them it's fine.
