    What control panel & php versions are you using?

    BTW, is it Zend or Zend Optimizer/Studio/etc?

    Well, you can do this for free.

    SSH to your server and su to root

    Now, enter this command /scripts/installzendopt
    *****This will install Zend Optimizer on a cPanel server. Not tested with others, still you may want to try as it'll most probably install it.
