Will pay $$$$ for someone who can make simple edits to wordpress theme

    my site is in my signature, and i would like to know if anyone here is able to edit it, so i can change how the index looks... to maybe a similar design to say these sites here...

    just the middle bit, how all the posts are shown as miniposts...

    thats what i need done, i am prepared to pay whatever it costs
