Hi

Looking for a professional looking design which can do the following

Calendar of events coming up
Index of venues
A section for easily adding affiliate items for sale
2nd hand section for users to sell their gear
Forum for general chat - I can easily add this if not included
Different levels of registration allowing for users to add event/locations information, photos, maps and descriptions etc.
Mysql / DB

I would need to have a demo that I could take a look at to make sure it can do everything I need it to.
