Will pay for help with WP upgrade and moving

    I have a website/blog: hollywoodbreakdown.com, WordPress version 2.6.2.

    1. I need to have this upgraded to WP 2.7.1
    The site has the following plugins:

    - All in One SEO Pack 1.4.7.4
    - Enhanced WP-ContactForm 2.2.1
    - FeedBurner FeedSmith 2.3.1
    - Google XML Sitemaps 3.1.2
    - SEO Friendly Images 2.4.2
    - What Would Seth Godin Do 1.6
    - WP-o-Matic 1.0RC4-6
    - Yet Another Related Posts Plugin 2.1.6

    Theme: Hamasaki 1.4

    2. I need this site to be moved to another server.

    Both current server and new server have cpanel.
