    I'll cut to the chase...

    I am looking to buy a few sites to get another stream of cash-flow, and I know people come to this forum looking to sell their sites all day long.

    Simply send me a PM with your site info, URL, monthly profits, monthly cost, proof of revenue, proof of traffic, asking price, etc

    I will seriously buy any site, as long as it isn't adult or anything illegal... an automated income on the site is preferable but not necessary.

    VERY IMPORTANT: The Site Must Be Making AT LEAST $1k NET Per Month... Anything Less Will NOT Be Accepted.

    how much are u paying for sites making $1k a month? just curious since i've seen people trying to buy sites that make that much for $200 lol

    Sites Making more than $1k per month??...Thats pretty high...Really high income sites are accepted...

    It all depends on the site, domain, amount of work needed, traffic, brand, etc... so many things come into play.

    $200 LOL... nothing like that. I will pay a good amount for your site, I just need to get details prior to giving a price.
