If I park my new domain name ( and register it to adsense for domain), will it get PR? or alexa rank?

Depends whether it's getting good number of backlinks or not.

Many of mine appear to have PR0's. The rest are just N/A's

To get PR you will need to do something about the domain name
You will never get PR for the domain name just because it parked

Most likely a park domain will loose its PR in the next Google PR Update. You should put the domain on a blog or some similar easy webside making service and post some content on it so keep the PR up.

Nope, if you park your domain you won't get PR. If you park a domain that already has PR, it will gradually lose its PR and become a PR0 in about a year's time.

I'm saying that from personal experience.

if the domain still get links form other sites,
they would keep the PR anyway.

If the domain names have PR from other sites it will still be there but, if not what you will see is N/A

Parking does not usually do well for SEO I am working on developing a simple program script that will take care of seo and also ad content. I have not found the perfect answer yet, well besides just make a full site

unless you build strong backlinks you cannot gain PR. If your domain already has strong backlinks it may lose page rank in the long run. If your domain has no PR but high traffic you can earn by parking it.

I have several hundred domains parked, and yes, it is possible for a domain name to get PR while being parked. It has happened to a few of my domains previously.
