Will other sub-domain links in a sub-domain considered as outbound link?

I have a website example.com and I have so many sub domains like property.example.com, yellowpages.example.com, mobiles.example.com etc. while checking the outbound links of property.example.com and I found all the links are pointing to other sub-domains (yellowpages.example.com, mobiles.example.com etc. ) whether these links would be considered as outbound link?

 

I searched in Google about it and found that:
Sub domain links are now considered as internal links.
Prior to 2011 those links were recognized as outbound links.
