now i can't verify home address, obviously ,but i can verify visa card using the virtual visa card from bancore.com

Now you are going to be permanent ban from paypal. Your limit will be not removed until you verify your credit card (no virtual card). I don't think, you have use the VPN or any other proxy for open the paypal. If it so , forgot your paypal account.

No.. Both verification is needed.. You can add a scan copy of Address proof and attach on PayPal website.. if its fine your limit will be lifted

What were you expecting if you want to lie and cheat to get an account? There are alternatives that you can use honestly and legitimately instead. Try using a search engine (!!!) to find them, e.g. "paypal alternatives for Bangladesh".

i know there are alternatives like payza, skrill.i use skrill to withdraw money i earn from freelancer.com but without paypal,my hands are tied at a lot of places.like i can't start a online shop where i can sell my templates.because most of the people will be paying by paypal...

Plenty of people use can/will use debit cards and you shouldn't try to limit yourself to one payment processor. Also, there are payment processors that can accept PayPal payments, along with Visa, MasterCard, etc. You seem to be spending too much time trying to cheat the system rather than thinking of ways to legitimately resolve your problem.

i'm sorry,i didn't want to cheat the system.
the account would be in my name,i'd earn honest money in paypal...and then use some conversion like paypal to skrill'payza.now that you've mentioned payment processor,i'll certainly look into it.Can you mention some if you don't mind?My preferred payment is skrill.
I'm guessing they'll(payment processor) take a cut, right?I wanted to remove just that, taking out a bite from my hard earned money....i know the conversion would require giving a cut too.but it would be like i'm the owner of the money and decide when to convert or not...
I thank you for mentioning the processor system

Yes, payment processors take a cut, so you need to make a business plan including the financial aspect that takes these things into consideration. You need to understand what the minimum is you need/want to receive and what you can afford to set aside for things such as payment processing and other overheads. A payment processor that comes to mind is 2checkout, but there are others. Search Google, but be careful as some don't really process payments and will want to use your own account.

Research PayPal and you will find similar sites and complaints.

For any payment processor or any other business involving money there will be people who scream scam for some reason (sometimes even scammers who are bitter that they lost money). Who knows what the true story is for a lot of the scam claims, people usually like to hide some part of it (that can explain why money was withheld, e.g. they participated in some kind of fraud).

If you believe every single claim, you will never find a payment processor. You need to objectively research them.

Not really. I mean, they are a so-called "Internet marketing" company, so why is this not on their blog? Where is their company's branding? I don't find it convincing - what are they hiding? We don't know the full story and as a payment processor 2checkout (like all of them) must importantly try to detect and prevent fraud. This is a good thing, but as a seller it could be annoying, but doesn't mean they (payment processors) are robbers.

i don't know...one of the policies of these payment processors(also paypal/payza/skrill) is they accept /allow to deposit money very easily, welcomes them...but only when withdrawing...they start requiring verification etc etc

Sure, i have also come to realize that almost every site has got enemies who look even for the slightest flaw to brand it a scam. I bet concrete research is the only solution to getting a suitable payment processor.

Any credible payment processor will do fraud checks and respond to fraud reports. From personal experience as a buyer I have encountered their security checks. A few examples:
    • After changing addresses, I tried to make an online purchase and I entered my new post code, forgetting that my bank still held my old one, so the payment processor rejected my attempt to purchase.
    • Since I changed addresses (and it's definitely correct in their system) I haven't been able to update either of my Travelex currency cards online due to their "security checks".
    • I had to pay VAT on a purchase (I think it was even 2checkout) for a service I purchased in the USA (they were collecting it "as per EU rules", although not passing it on to the service provider) as their security check verified my address in PayPal as being from the UK.
Don't just assume they are all blindly accept money and only do something if a customer makes a complaint/chargeback.

i'm sure these verifications are included to protect us...but sometimes it backfires, they make the account frozen or something.anyway,i'm going to send 2checkout an email stating my country and what i want to sell, and asking how they can help me...
