I am new to Paypal and don't qualify yet for the Paypal debit card. I have a balance in my paypal account. I need to make a payment for something tomorrow and I am going to use my Visa which is linked to Paypal. I don't have enough of a credit limit on my Visa to cover the payment. My question:Since this Visa is linked to Paypal, will it draw on my Paypal balance to complete the payment? Thanks so much
