If you're getting denied for every site, maybe you should read the Adwords guidelines and build sites that don't get denied. You should get a message with the reason why you were. The reason may be somewhat obscure but that's just to get you to read the guidelines. Adwords is self-served as is every other PPC service. They are not your mother and hold you by the hand. Speaking of which, you have "we are not our mother" on your site. You may want to change and appear more professional.

I'll still comment on your site. Just two things. One is that Google may find it an exaggeration for the claim you can get a loan without a credit check and getting cash in minutes. It's probably all true but if I myself go "really?", Google probably will too. Then again, they may not.

The other thing, and more important, is asking for a bit too much information on the main page. All Google wants you to ask for is name and email. You ask for zip code. Not needed at that level. Worse is that you don't need it there. You are asking for the same information when clicking Get Started. I would simply have that button alone and go to your application form page.

You can never know. Google might just one day ban your account, especially if your business is money related.

Google has been tightening up quality in this category because of complaints. Look at what some of the competition are doing with their sites and what you are not.

Also any loan sites need to have contact information, including phone and address.
