It depends on the number of competition you are competing with on a particular key phrases or keywords. Those are good SEO strategies to start with, but there's no time frame guarantee of placing you on the number one spot. You have to be patient. Everything depends on how you properly executed the process. :)

Ya, I am in the search of good twitter tools.
I am finding the tools with the help of which I can follow others and remove those who are not following others. I am also going in the search of mass following tools.

sounds good but no one can tell what will happen. It depends on how good the article or the content you created in order to be accepted by the users and the admin of the sites if they will approve it and the users who will read your content, lastly it also depends on your site of you'll get quality visitors if its user friendly.

sounds good...looks like you're going for traffic and not just search engine traffic because twitter, and social bookmarking (digg etc.,) it good to get your brand out there if it goes viral but it's not getting you an traffic from google.

All of those things are pretty much gauranteed to get you some kind of traffic...just depends on your keywords as to exactly how much you'll get...

You've got a structured strategy right there, I'll give you that. But Yahoo!Answers and Twitter, while being sites where you can

get a lot of free redirecting, don't improve rankings in search engines. While getting traffic is important, SEO depends on

whether or not the people who visit your site link you back... so I guess you could ask visitors to link you back if they liked

the content? I'm by no means an expert, though, and I'm very curious as to what the outcome of your strategy will be.

Please keep us updated! Best of lucks!

You are focusing mainly on one part of seo... link building. Try to focus on all parts including on-page seo as well

Yes, on page optimization should be your first step in optimization.

    - Submit 250 articles to Ezine

You are better off submitting 1 article to 250 different article directories than 250 articles to 1 article directory.

    - 100 Yahoo Answers

Will not help your SERP rankings.

    - 2000 Twitter Followers

Will not help your SERP rankings.

    - One post to Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon each

Will not help your SERP rankings unless this post is very entertaining/informative and makes it worthy for others to link back to the post.

    - 7 Advertisement post on top seven free classified websites including craigslist

Will not help your SERP rankings.

Also, the success of your work will highly depend on the competitiveness of your niche/keywords.

    I would add
    - 100 web directories submissions (3 a day average).
    - Some link exchanges with related websites. Try to seek 3 way linking.

I only added these two because they do not add a lot of work to your campaign.

    Best of luck :)
