Will my DIY contextual Chitika ads screw up Adsense?

    I'm using Chitika on a blog that also uses Adsense - can I use php to insert the post title as the Chitika keyword? Will this violate the Adsense 'no other contextual ads' rule?

    e.g the Chitika script in my Wordpress single.php file

    ch_non_contextual = 1;
var ch_queries = new Array( "<?php the_title(); ?>" );
