Suggestion Will maintaining a separate list of scammers' details help to check scamming?

Another purpose of my suggestion to maintain a dedicated section for such threads is that it will be easy and convenient to locate all these threads in one place esp. for people who want to do their due diligence before transacting through Marketplace, BST etc. What happens is that such threads are not created frequently and they might get 'lost' in time because there are numerous other threads being created regularly in a section like General Chat. So if you deem General Chat as an appropriate section for threads related to scamming issues, I would suggest to have a separate sub-section within it for these threads.
Just my view anyway.
