Will link quality increase if the pages will start ranking well?

If some pages containing my links will start ranking well for my keyword, will that give me a small boost up the SERPS?

How much more powerful are links from pages that rank well for the desired keyword?

From my experiences, its always good to have pages containing links from one's website. I find that the more links are distributed amongst niche-related sites, keywords from within the pages will start to show in the searches.

    Hi,

If you could use your targeted keywords as anchor text of those links correctly, they would be helpful for SERP purpose. Of course, contextual links from niche relative sources would be more helpful. :)

    have a nice day,

Definitely, that would boost up your rankings. What you should do next is to work hard on your link building efforts to maintain your rankings on SERPs.
