Since Google doesn't like sponsored links or posts etc, if I write let say an article about where can somebody sign up for get paid to write services, will my search engine position or page rank get affected? Or if I write a post and I have the word spam inside, will it matter?
Using Spam or "Get Paid" in an article shouldn't hurt you. If you actually spam the article by repeating the same thing over and over, then you will be in trouble.
