I am using Kaspersky and have found it will block the adsense of all my sites. Of course, I can whitelist my websites into my Kapspersky. It seems that Kaspersky only supports users to whitelist within their pc. But the reality is how many Kaspersky vistors know and are willing to whitelist the websites they are visiting? I am not sure how many visitors are using Kaspersky, but can be sure that most of them can't view adsense now.
Well you might lose out on a few $ in the long run, but there's not much you can do about it. However those users would probably have not produced any revenue anyway as if they're using that software they are also probably paranoid about the web as it is, so they'd probably avoid ads to begin with.
Kaspersky also use URL keywords to block ads. I think that's really ..... Not only Adsense, some of my banners for clients are blocked by Kaspersky because I put them on a folder named "adxxx" or with "adxxx.gif". In fact, I knew this problem was because that my banner ad client called me that he didn't find the banner he purchased on our website. I spent two days to find out the reason just because my client uses Kaspersky and he didn't know how to whitelist our website into his Kaspersky. Not every Kaspersky users know what their anti-virus software is doing. As my client's case, he complaint to us and regarded our ad system as invalid.
That is an unfortunate story of wasted time, Cathaylist. I don't understand why Kaspersky would want to blacklist adSense. Just about all of Google's adwords listings have been thoroughly checked and adhere to their strict guidelines.
Kapspersky is mainly used by Russians, so if you don't have Russian visitors you really have nothing to worry about.
If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much. I mean this is something out of your control and nothing you can do about it.
