Unless you get good traffic and promote it well, a new paid directory with $3 to submit will most likely not work.

dude, u better do some MAJOR homework and research before going into this. You sound like you have absolutely no idea what is involved. Go read thru the forums before posting such general questions, that is my advice.....

 

You could start by going to the sticky at the top of this forum and looking for Tips for running a directory?

 

it is going to be hard if you do not have $$$ or time (which is also $$$) to invest into it.
