    Does restriction put by google is counted only for their free listings or do a site gets banned even fom there ppc adwords program.

    Can we run a ppc campain on a banned site. Is it possible to do so.

    i.e. can a site banned in google will be promotable in yahoo or not.

    Does that mean that we can run ppc on a site banned by google search, just think you forget to consider that ppc listings are also a part of search results.
