Will it be of any use?

At present I dont have money to buy paid hosting. So i want to know if I can redirect my domain to a free blog host like wordpress and earn the same revenue with adsense when the domain is hosted with a paid hosting.

Is it possible? Does it make any difference?

go with free blogger hosting. Google lets you put adsense on it, wordpress does not. Also, you can point your blog to the domain name and keep all the same backlinks and content without any issue. Google makes things like that pretty easy.

I'm sure there are some free hosts out there that host domain names... you could start your website and just transfer it once you get paid hosting..

If your domain gets some traffic, then you can redirect it to a free sub-domain like blogspot. But I suggest you to get your own hosting as your SEO efforts may get wasted when you will move back to your own hosting. You can buy a cheap hosting at the moment, and get a better one later.
