Will it be considered as thread Bumping?

I have a thread running on here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=963494&goto=newpost. In this thread I'm providing do-follow blog commenting service. I had a review offer, 50% discount for the first 3 people. but now I am willing to offer this 50% discount again.
Now I just wanted to know if I post this again in my thread that "next three person will get 50% discount" is there any risk to be banned? Please advice me.

Yes, it's considered thread bumping, and you'll get an infraction for it.
