please give your opinion as I have fully bordered the adunits next to images.
or I have to remove the images.

The google blog seems quite emphatic about this - NO IMAGES NEXT TO ADS

If you want to be sure, check with Google.

Don't bother mailing them. Images next to ads are against the TOS. They recently posted something on their official blog. The only way to get around that is to have pictures that are actually relevant to your CONTENT (not just illustration) 'accidentally' near adsense ads.

 

Don't forget that the ads may show something not entirely related to your content.

So, even images relevant to the content should not be placed next to the ads, as visitors might click on the ads expecting to find what is in the image.

 

Why should you want to go for a risk to lose your account?? Remove the images and blend your ads, blending do better sometimes more than images
