If you are in a country that allows paypal to debit card withdraws then it should be fine. Most countries only allow withdraw to bank account though. It does not matter what name you have on the bank though, just that you have access to it for the verification payments that paypal make.
It should work, I do it all the time..I think he means his business name he has on his paypal account...
pay do not check names. they place two small payments into the account to check that you have access to it, you then have to enter these 2 amounts into paypal to verify the account. i use stealth accounts on paypal in many various names and details, all run on my bank accounts and none of the details match.
