    Well it's not really necessary will give a big blow on the PR, it may affect a little(or a lot) but it is still better than registering a new domain. :D

    It will definitely depends on the relevant of these domain with the site you are going to developed. And, you may have to work on it.

    if you build the site quickly and retain the back links and theme is the same then you will probably benefit from some of the PR already established. Good luck :)
