Will I get sued?

I have recently bought a few domain names which is sort of like trademarked.

For example, mindmaps is a trademarked name, so if I buy domain names like mindmapexercises.com, is it still consider a crime or sort of things?

Would the have a chance to get the domain name for free?

 

Yes. They could likely take those domains from you.

And yes you might get in trouble.

 

Well i think if it was just minmaps then you would might be stepping on toes, but the mindmapexcercises is not, so i think you will be safe.

 

It depends what you are doing with the domain if it contains a trademark but isnt soley a trademark.

If there is a risk that people will confuse your site as having some connection with the trademark owners then you have issues.

However it is a civil matter and not criminal even if you do breach trademark
