    Hi,
I want to move my blog which is PR3 and have great SERPS to new domain. If I move it to new domain according to google guide lines (301 redirects and web master tool stuff) Will I get same SERPS and PR3 to my new domain within few days or time?

Your site would not get a previous ranking instantly, even you do follow Google Guideline by using 301 redirect. Each transfer need times before things settled and it would take not less than 4-6 weeks from my experienced. It is depends on how old your site is and backlinks profile.

You will not get rank till about 2-3 months after. I can say just build more quality link and make sure you do all the 301 redirect.

You can get the PR but its difficult to get same SERP. You have to build backlinks.
