will i get reg. fee atleast?

i own a domain http://www.phpio.com
what do you think ... how much could i get with it..
and what would you suggest . should i sell it or should i build a site.

 

Worth just about reg. fee (however I didnt look at searches, pagerank, etc).

There really isnt much value in it unless its developed. You might be able to get $10 for it.

and than sell it you can grab atleast mid $xx to Low $xxx

Its not that easy as Kartik is putting it, devote some time to the site itself and then you might start earning something.

The domain name itself is worth about $40
