Will I get ranked high for plural version of my search term?

I put phrase "free kodak camera" several times on one of my pages because it's the search term I target on Google. Say I want to target "free kodak cameras" as well, can my page get ranked high on Google for term "free kodak cameras" by simply linking to my page with anchor text "free kodak cameras"? . My page doesn't contain phrase "free kodak cameras" at all.

Probably, but it would be easier if you had the plural version somewhere on your site too. Can you put it in the meta description and still have it sound right?

If you haven't already, use the keyword tool to find out which is more popular. People not looking for a specific type of camera would use the plural more likely than not.

I would try and include it on my page somewhere. Preferably in an H tag or bolded.
