Remove the content immediately then revert back to Blogger and hope that the copyright owners will not pursue.
What you can do now is remove the content if it does belong to the other. If you own the contents, send DMCA counter-notice to blogger. Search the net on how to write a proper counter-notice. Read their email section here: We can reinstate this content into your blog upon receipt of a counter notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. Edit: Saw URL. Reading It could be anything from the YouTube videos to the pictures being used. I'm assuming the content is all unique.
I have seen one of blogger site got banned.. http://premierleaguevideoclips.blogspot.com/ This is probably video copyright. But its limit only for EPL. Other league still not have copyright.. I don't think your adsense got banned. May you blog only.. If you love you blog lets clean its now..
If you have really violated copyrights, removing the content will still get you banned, may be you can withdraw your adsense account.
His adsense account can get banned too if you steal content and post it in your site in order to generate revenue. Read Google TOS.
Even if you removed the copyrighted material, you could still get banned. Contact Blogger letting them know that you did not understand or know what you were doing, but you meant no harm and tell them all copyrighted material was removed from your blog (make sure all of it is). Good luck.
you guys are amazing. While committing a crime u dont think twice but after getting caught you dont know whats your crime. Stealing someone's hard work wont get you anywhere in life. I pity those who want to earn money off someone else's hard work. Treat this as a lesson and move on. Make a quality site. Hard work and honesty pays.
