I have found in BST it is best to just do everything by pm only, I think admins/mods wouldnt care about you putting a email.

At work I never log in, plus if admin didnt want non registered people to see it they would hide that forum

 

when your able to start a thread in BST, you may include your email address.
if you do, don't ask us to remove it because we won't.
