will i get banned if i do this on adsense

Hi i'm new to adsense just bought a sight called www.fitnessminute.info and in the transfer period. i was wondering if i put to many links in all the sudden will adsense ban me for too much traffic too soon like if i did 25 - 50 links a day. also, i see all these traffic sellers saying traffic is adsense safe is this true or will adsense ban me if i use them? Thanks for all your time

 

If its legit traffic i don't see why. Google have ways of determing if traffic if legit or not. Most things on adsense are described in their TOS. You should take a look at it.

 

I think it should be fine.

 

Make sure they're quality links, no link farms or anything similar... That will definitely get you banned..

 

it should be fine cuz if, like you said, your site is new, google will take to get to your site
