its a grey area, you may get a warning as google has changed its policies on blending so be careful.

More than the two blocks, the heading "So start improvising today..!!" is more likely to get you in trouble. Am not too sure though..

    "Start improvising today."
I would remove that . Not worth getting banned for a few extra clicks

You are not allowed to place adsense under a heading which is not related with ads. Your heading should be something similar like: sponsored links or advertisements. But not anything else which may confuse your visitors so that they click more on your ads not knowing what are they pressing.

I think if you question something, then you should not do it.

Why are you talking things you don't know. Check latest adsense tos updates and you will see that it is against it. So please stop fooling your competitors :D

The way you have your page formatted, it appears that "So start improvising today" appears to be a heading for the ads. As other people have said, Adsense strictly prohibits placing advertising under headings that people might believe refer to the ads. See the example here:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=136881
If you want to be sure you won't be banned for invalid clicks, you could make the font style of that line match the rest of the text so that it doesn't appear to be a heading. Alternatively you could add a divider or a new heading that says "Sponsored Links" or "Advertisements" above the ads.

Google does not allow any word encouraging your visitors to click the ads. I don't see any problem there. ;)

You are encouraging visitors to click, when you say "so start improvising today" , you mean: "so start improvising today, and click these link"
Just change "so start improvising today" or delete it will be fine.
