Will I get banned from adsense for copying content?

    Your signature leads to a crappy blog!! I could not find anything that help increase the adsense income! have doubts on your motives?? I feel you are harping on shortcuts even on this duplicate content issue. That is not in good taste dear!

    Def. re write before publishing. It may work fine with adsense but search engines wont like it too much.

    No whenever something is written it is copy written to the person or group that wrote it, unless those rights are given a way. If it's published on a website that created the content it's copy written to them..

    Don't get finicky of course when the rights are made for public use it's not copywright protected, but that's not what we are talking about here. Stealing content you don't have the rights to use is illegal.
