Will i get banned for this?

I just registered a domain for downloading a radio show that comes every week, i will be uploading rar files to wupload.com or rapidshare.com and will be driving traffic from google, will i get banned for this?

 

Why are you asking this at the Adsense forum. Better luck to ask at the WUpload thread.

 

If that radio shows copyrighted (not yours) then you will ban.

 

Cause i will be putting up adsense ads... WUpload will just be hosting my content i upload...

Also please suggest an alternate to Adsense...

Of course they can ban you, just read google TOS, I know there are a lot of people putting adsense even on warez sites, but one day you'll have to say "bye" to your adsense account. You can make a submission form on your site, so at least you can say that content on your site is submitted by users, but actually it's a weak argument for google

 

This would be taken as a infringement of the copyright. This is not allowed by Google.

 

copy righted = ban ! you can distinguish then.

You usually won't get banned until you make good money and they start manually reviewing your site....true story
