Will I get BANNED again?

One of my domain name has been blocked by Adsense since last year with the reason that I put the encouragement message (to click banner) over the Adsense banner. So, the Ads was no longer display on my old domain anymore.

But fortunately they didn't banned my account yet.
Now lesson learned, I am trying not violate any term of use. Then I have changed to new URL and Adsense continue to display properly on my website.

Now I am putting the Ads on 2 positions similar as shown in the picture below (highlighted in red). It will display only the first post of all topic.

    Questions are
    1. Will I get a chance to be banned again since now I am now reusing the old website which ever been banned in the past, but now changed to new domain.

    2. Are these Ads's positions below legal? Do I break any term of use?

It is OK as long as they are enclosed in a table with an advertisement header.

    Peace,

I don't understand, did you created another account while your first one was still banned?

Looks like to me that you are making your visitors search for content through a pile of ads.

Sorry I forgot to mention that they didn't banned my account. They only block one of my domain.
