I own the domain freevista.org. Will I face any Trademark problems from microsoft or other companies?

Not with Microsoft I dont think, vista does not refer to any trademarked titles. Microsoft Visa probably is.

I do not think you will have an issue mate.

If your website has nothing to do with M-soft Vista, probably not.

You can have free vista just by looking out my window.
Microsoft didnt 'invent' the term vista. It has a normal meaning to you know.

Windows is also a term with a "normal meaning". Yet Microsoft is also using it
as a trademark for selling a popular software application.

Depending on how you use it, Napoleon, it might or might not give problems.
Then again, nothing is going to stop any party with deep pockets from filing a
dispute saying your domain name is infringing their trademark rights.

As always, it's a matter of risk and reward, whichever is higher.

Out of curiousity, got any development plans for this domain name to share with us? Anything related to MS?
