Will I be penalized for redirecting all wordpress blog posts to another page

    I am only using wordpress, because they list faster in google than my own publishing system. so, i post new blog posts on my 'real site', then go to my 'wordpress site' and import the posts from my 'real site'.

    an example url for a post on my real site is domain.com/post123.php ... on the wordpress site, the url for that post is domain.com/wp/post123.php...

    i want to post code that will redirect domain.com/wp/post123.php to domain.com/post123.php so that users will not even see the wordpress blog. is this against adsense policy? will this hurt my site in search engines like google?
