Where are you from? Most of the ISPs provide only dynamic IP and so don't bother about getting banned by google just because you have dynamic IP. Google bans account for violating the TOS; dynamic IP doesn't find a place there in the TOS :)

No this isn't true. Google recognises that people may log into their account from a different IP address especially if they travel alot, so I woudn't worry about it. I regularly log in from 3 different IP addresses depending on where i am in the UK that week and I have never been banned for this.

majority of the web visitors browse the web with dynamic IPs so nothing to worry.

Absolutely not. But if you are checking with 50+ IP's it may raise a flag.

My ISP provides only dynamic IPs (there is an extra pay for static IP addresses). I have been using adsense for almost 3 years I dont see any problem with it.
As far as you are adhering to the program's terms and conditions - you shouldnt have any problem.

I am tryin to promote my blog in my school and would like to earn from adsense on my blog. But the prob is the IP used by al the students is the same. Now even if different ppl click on my ads, google may find it as fraud and it may ban me? Wat should i do? Do we have a remedy for this?

I think this is not valid reason for banning the account, if you click your own ads then your account permanently banned.
