Will I be able to get back my money?

I used my PayPal account (without real name etc.) with VCC for about a year, but paypal limited it in september last year (I guess because the vcc expired the trouble started)

Is there a way to get the money back or will it just "stay" there forever? Please help, I`m willing to give some money if somebody has a solution

 

Where are you from? why did you use fake name?

 

PayPal normally issues a cheque 180 days after they limit one account. If you didn't use your real name and address you won't be able to get that cheque, which means you CAN NOT get the money that's stuck in your limited PayPal.

Try to avoid using fake information OR be ready to lose money quite often.

 

just call to paypal, they will resolve ur issue immediately.

 

I don't know how you prove yourself that you're the legitimate
owner and not the fake info.

 

paypal will lift limitations after 180 days but u cnt change last name in the paypal .......and for this no one has sollution to withdrawl money....

Germany, I could not have real name etc. because of complicated family situation, and the fake data weren`t the problem but buing a VCC was the problem..
I earned from rapidshare ( in the days when they had the payout options ) and some money was left when the account got limited ( about 73€ )
The best way would be if somebody has a solution and could transfer the money (50%) to my new paypal account which I use many months now, so he/she could get 50% of the money for helping me

 

Forgot it than, There is no way out except paypal grant some spacial privileges to your account in order to lift limitation off. Good luck though

 

is VCC really a problem? I have VCC attached too..also, my bank accounts are attached there..what should I do?

 

Oh.. Now I'm worried if my VCC expires too..

 

I think there is no pro.......why not add your own cc to veirfy your paypal again?

 

Just checked my paypal profile. it is showing that the no. of active cards is 0. I guess my VCC has been expired and yet my status is showing verified.
I do not have a CC to be precise. Here in India, getting a CC is not easy for everyone!

And btw @boomer_mitra, when my vcc expired the account still worked but when I wanted to buy something after some time, well the problem started there ;/

 

Oh! not a problem for me as now as per paypal's new rules, Indians will not be able to spend money in any case after 1st march..the only thing we can do is withdrawal.
