Will hosting with Yahoo make it hard to sell a site or get better SEO?

If you were to sell a site as whole, including the domain name, would having it all hosting with Yahoo on Yahoo site builder make this more difficult?

For some reason the commercialness of Yahoo makes me think it's harder to get good SEO etc, although I am actually happy with the service becuase I am average as designing sites and Yahoo Sitebuilder, which is just like the old geocities sites I made as a kid, works for me.

But are there any known or assumed set backs of using Yahoo as your host?

    Thanks

Why would a hosting company affect your rankings?

You will have problems because it is hard for a purchaser to download and edit the site because Yahoo site builder codes things different. I had that problem before. I built a big site with Yahoo site builder (my first site) and it was a mess by the time I got dreamweaver I had to rebuild the whole site.
From my bad experiences I would say don't use Yahoo hosting or domains.
