Will having a sponsor sponsor my blog posts affect Google?

Hi, I've been approached by a company, it looks like an article writing company, which has a client that wants to sponsor some of the posts on my blog (not the blog in my signature.) More specifically, this client would like me to insert a link to the client somewhere in the posts. So the client wants to advertise inside the posts.
The way the article writing company put it, the client wants to sponsor the posts, but obviously this amounts to advertising.
The article writing company tells me that the client is an educational company, I don't know any more about it yet.
    My thoughts are:
    1. It might look as if I'm trying to deceive Google by doing this.
    2. I could avoid this problem if there is a problem by making it clear that the post has been sponsored by the client, maybe by inserting a line at the bottom of the post, stating something like: 'this post has been sponsored by (name of client.)
    3. Personally I don't see anything wrong with doing this. For example, when a movie is being shown on TV it's often sponsored by a company, and the TV company makes it clear that it is being sponsored by the company.
    4. As it's an educational company it might be an advantage, more of an advantage than any other kind of sponsorship.
    5. The article writing company mentions a figure that the client is willing to pay but doesn't mention a time period, ie. for how long the link will have to stay in place.
Any thoughts and views will be welcome.
